Delivery Date: Most clocks are in stock.  We normally ship within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of your order along with payment.  And it normally takes 5 to 7 business days for delivery of your purchase, once shipped. During the holiday season, early November thru December, our busy little elves at Perfect-Tyme are extremely busy, and they are doing everything possible to keep true to our 24 to 48 hour shipping tyme. However, it is possible that it may take a little longer to get to you during this tyme, due to the over-welming amount of packages that are shipped during the holiday season by our shippers. Go to Top Return / Exchange Policy  We accept returned items for refund or exchange in their ORIGINAL condition with the ORIGINAL packaging within 7 days from customer's date of item receipt. Their will be a 15% restocking fee if a clock is returned for any other reason other than a defect. Please call us or E-mail us at perfect@pdc.net to obtain an Return Authorization (RA) number for your item.  We will NOT accept items that are returned to us without an RA number.  The unauthorized return will NOT be processed for refund. Buyer pays for ALL shipping charges associated with the purchase of the item and return of the item in the event that an item is returned or exchanged.  Shipping charges are NOT refundable for any reason.
